We want you to be completely delighted with your YeahSquare. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Any returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and in the original packaging supplied. We can only accept returns on products if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival. You are responsible for your item until we receive it so we recommend you use a trusted recorded delivery service.

Exchanged items willl only be dispatched once the returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

All of our square silk scarves are packaged in luxurious black cardboard gift boxes, inside a protective postal box.

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 2-3 days. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Overseas deliveries leave within 2-4 days (unless stated otherwise), confirmation will be sent via email.

YeahSquares are not reponsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail or customs clearance. We do ship internationally and the cost is available on request.

Our scarves are pure silk. You can either dry clean your scarf or hand wash only as follows:

Wash by hand in water approximatey blood heat using a small amount of liquid soap. Rinse in cold water then squeeze out gently, do not wring. Pad off excess moisture by placing it flat between two towels.

For the best finish, iron on the reverse side while still damp.
